Hello Grove City Lacrosse family!
We hope you are having a fun and relaxing summer.
We are pleased to announce that starting this Sunday, July 9th, GCLax is sponsoring the first games of the Grove City Summer Lacrosse League (GCSLL). GCSLL will provide boys entering 3rd through 8th grades an opportunity to play lacrosse in an informal and “high touch” environment that emphasizes finesse and speed while honing individual skill. Games will be low contact/no contact to emphasize faster decision making and experimentation.
Participation is open to all players including those who live outside of Grove City. See details below for game times and location.
Every player must have a current US Lacrosse Association membership. As a result, all players must be registered through Blue Sombrero in order to validate for our records.
Please register through the club website at www.GCLax.club. The registration site is currently live.
There is no cost to play; however families will have an opportunity to make a contribution to help offset the cost of field supplies.

Times: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Rising 3rd/4th Grade (boys)
6:00pm – 7:00pm
Rising 5th/6th/7th/8th Grade (boys)

Format: Field size and format based on number of participants w/teams selected before games.
Skill Level: All skill levels welcome
Equipment: Players are responsible for all equipment (stick, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, reversible pinnie (dark/white) gloves, mouth guard, protective cup, chest protector (goalie), throat protector (goalie))
Teams: Teams selection based on number of participants. When picking teams GCLC and affiliates/volunteers will work to create teams with even skill levels (in game adjustments may be made)
Registration Requirements: All players MUST be current US Lacrosse Association members.
